You intend to receive documents from the registration file (e.g. protocols, mandates, decisions of the national notary, court decisions, etc.) which are no longer available to the public because the Data State Inspectorate has initiated an administrative infringement case on the disclosure of the documents of the State Enterprise Register. Inspectorates decision restricts public access to the documents with public status before 1 August 2018. Consequently, as from 15 December 2020, Lursoft's IT customers will no longer receive these documents. These documents will not be available on our site until a solution is found in this case.

You may receive the following documents in future by following steps below:
For receipt of documents, submit a written request to the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, stating the justification and purpose of use. You can submit the request by mail (address: Riga, Perse Street 2) or electronically signed e-mail to:
pasts@ur.gov.lv.
When preparing the request, please take into account its design requirements, use the information request form
request form or in a free format to be signed by the personrequesting information, either by a natural person or by a representative of the rightholder.
The request for information must contain the name, date and number of the requested document. If the requester of the information does not indicate the justification and purpose, the limited access information shall be kept hidden (for example, personal codes, address of residence, etc.).
We note that receiving the requested documents is a paid service of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia and cannot be obtained online.
You may pay this service through a transfer from any bank 2 days before submitting a request for documents.
The fee for 1 copy of a document from the registration file is 9.00 EUR, providing for its preparation within 3 working days.
