HOW TO RENEW THE PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten the assigned user details, in order to renew those you have to complete Password reminder form and a reminder e-mail will be sent to the registered address.

HOW TO CHANGE THE USER PASSWORD?

Go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In a Service section select My data in the system. On the left side of the page, when clicking on Change Password link you will be able to change your password. When you log in next time, you will have to enter the new password.

HOW TO OVERLOOK USER ACCOUNT STATUS AND THE INQUIRIES MADE IN THE DATABASES?

Go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In a Service section select My data in the system. On the left side of the page, when clicking on My Accounts and bills link, a page will open where you will see the balance of your user account.
If you choose My Protocol on the left side, you will be able to view the protocol of inquiries you have made.

HOW TO ADD MONEY TO THE ACCOUNT?*

Go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In a Service section select My data in the system. On the left side, click on Account Supplement and indicate by what amount you would like to supplement your account. The requested amount was placed in your account in advance within a few minutes, and an invoice was issued and sent to you for this amount.
You can supplement your user account also by calling to Lursoft IT customer service centre on: +371 67844300 and asking to issue an additional invoice. You will have to provide the company name, the amount of invoice and the caller’s name and surname.

HOW TO UPDATE THE REGISTERED INFORMATION ABOUT THE USER?

Go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
Enter the user details. A page of Lursoft IT databases will open. At the bottom of this page you will find the Service section.
Click on User Information link, and then you will be able to update information (e-mail, telephone, etc.) that has been specified about you in administration system of Lursoft IT users.
If you would like to change the surname specified in administration system of Lursoft IT users, you must send a notification to e-mail e-mail [email protected].

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE AUTHORISED PERSON / USER SPECIFIED IN THE AGREEMENT?*

If you wish to change the authorised person specified in the agreement, i.e., a natural person - user who uses Lursoft IT databases, you will have to inform Lursoft IT of the new user by sending an electronic notification in the System. In order to do so, enter Lursoft IT home page www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In the Service section select My data in the system; on the left side of the page, click on Users of my organisation and apply for desirable changes.
Customer Service Division will receive the registration application, will process it, and access details will be sent to the new user’s specified e-mail.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER AN ADDITIONAL USER?*

If in addition to already registered user/s you would like to register new user/s of the system, the Authorised Person specified in the Agreement shall send an electronic notification in the System. In order to do so, go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In the Service section select My data in the system; on the left side of the page, click on Users of my organisation and Declare new users.
Customer Service Division will receive the registration application, will process it, and access details will be sent to the new user’s specified e-mail.
When registering additional users, the amount specified in invoices of subscription fee issued to you will be increased in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
By using Lursoft IT databases, the registered users spend the paid subscription fee jointly.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WISH TO VOID A REGISTERED USER’S ACCESS?*

If you would like to void a user’s access to Lursoft IT databases, the Authorised Person specified in the Agreement must send an electronic notification in the System.
In order to do so, go to Lursoft IT home page: www.lursoft.lv
On the right side of the page, click LOGIN, enter your user details and select a role. A page will open where you will see various sections. In the Service section select My data in the system; on the left side of the page, click on Users of my organisation and apply for changes.
Customer Service Division will receive the registration application, will process it, and the user’s access will be voided.
When voiding the user’s access, amount specified in the issued invoices for subscription fee will be decreased in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE SERVICE VOLUME INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT OR ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES?

If you wish to increase the annual subscription fee, amendments to the agreement are not necessary.
In order to do, contact your customer consultant or Lursoft IT Customer Service Division by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or calling to +371 67844300.

HOW TO ACT IF DETAILS OF YOUR COMPANY AND/OR BANK DETAILS HAVE CHANGED?*

If details of your company and / or your bank details have changed, please inform us by sending a written application on change of details.
The new details will be specified in future invoices and correspondence prepared for you.

HOW TO ACT IF YOU WANT TO TERMINATE/RESTORE THE VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT?*

If you would like to terminate/restore the validity of the concluded agreement for a definite or indefinite period, please contact your customer consultant or Customer Service Division by sending e-mail to [email protected] or calling +371 67844300.
On the basis of your application, validity of the agreement will be terminated/restored and the registered user account will be blocked/unblocked.

* - explanations apply only to Lursoft IT customers with whom database subscription agreement has been signed.
