Catalog of the classification of purposes of real estate use
The service provides a catalogue of classification of real estate use purposes. The catalogue was created based on the Cabinet of Ministers' Regulation No. 496 of 20.06.2006 "Classification of real estate use purposes and the procedure for determining and changing real estate use purposes". The catalogue provides an opportunity to view the classification of real estate use purposes, functional area use purposes (code, name, description) and real estate and real estate transactions corresponding to the code.

Parks, squares, zoological and botanical gardens, state border strip, training grounds and similar territories. In cities and villages - natural base territories: forest parks, regularly flooded meadows, floodplains and other non-buildable territories, if their use cannot be classified as agriculture or forestry.
The purpose of use is not determined for personal gardens and other small overgrown territories adjacent to the land under residential buildings, which are mainly used by the residents of these houses
