Lursoft databases in your mobile phone
You can receive Lursoft databases on your
mobile phone as SMS about any enterprise registered in Latvia,
its registration certificate, finances, official persons,
commercial loans and insolvency. Also the databases of the Flock
Register and Tractor Machinery Register are available in the form
of SMS. Using SMS services, it is possible to settle accounts
also for Lursoft Newspaper Library subscriptions or if there is
none such, then to subscribe for one.
Reception of the service
To perform a check it is necessary to
compose an SMS indicating the service code and the 11-digit
enterprise registration number.
- Bite Latvija subscribers should send the SMS to Lursoft service number
1870*.
- LMT subscribers should send the SMS to Lursoft service number
29310103*.
- Tele2 subscribers should send the SMS to Lursoft service
number 26000603*Service is not currently available due to technical changes.
* - before the service numbers the country code (+371) is
NOT NEEDED!
From the same numbers you will receive the
SMS containing the answer prepared by Lursoft
By sending the SMS you agree with the
Lursoft service rendering and reception terms and
instructions.
For attention of SMS service users
For sending the SMS the standard GSM
alphabet should be used. Unicode and other SMS transmission data
formats are not supported. In case you do not know how to change
an SMS format please contact your network

Service charge
Lursoft SMS services, starting with 1
September 1999, are available to all LMT constant subscribers and
prepaid card OKarte users without subscription charge and
additional conclusion of agreement with Lursoft. Starting with 17
March 2003 these services are available also to Tele2 constant
subscribers and prepaid card Zelta Zivtiņa users.
The price of one SMS is LVL 0.35
(incl. VAT), which is collected by the respective mobile
telecommunications operator by automatically including this sum
to the mobile services invoice.
Attention Tele2 subscribers! - The charge is
collected for each SMS sent to Lursoft service number 26000603.
It also refers to the SMS, whose text is entered inaccurately or
the requested registration number of the legal entity or the
person ID number does not match any records.
About the enterprise
In order to check an enterprise you will
need to send an SMS to Lursoft service number stating the
service code and the enterprise registration
number.
Attention! In one SMS you can write only one
service code!
Services and their codes
- UR D <number> - enterprise name, registration
number, register where the enterprise is registered, form of
entrepreneurship, date of registration, legal address, is the
enterprise liquidated, reorganized or declared
insolvent.
- UR A <number> - list of official persons of the
enterprise having signatory power, their positions and terms of
powers.
- UR F <number> - enterprise financial indices –
registered statutory capital, last year profit and
turnover.
- UR K <number> - commercial loans registered with
the enterprise – total number of commercial loans and total sum
of claims.*
- UR C <number> - enterprise registration
certificate – number of the last issued registration certificate
and its date of issue.
- UR M <number> – enterprise insolvency –
insolvency application date and the judge who has heard the
insolvency case.*
- UR <name> - list of most appropriate enterprises
by the set search criteria.
* Attention LMT subscribers! - If the
enterprise has no registered commercial loans, insolvency
procedures or the person is not registered in the Arcis White
Book, then the SMS is sent for the regular price.
Attention Tele2 subscribers! If the
enterprise has no registered commercial loans, insolvency
procedures or the person is not registered in the Arcis White
Book, then the SMS price remains unchanged – LVL 0.35 (incl.
VAT).
Small press subscription
Now you will have an opportunity to use the
Newspaper Library on the Internet and to pay off this service by
an SMS.
"Small News Subscription" provides an
opportunity to read a Newspaper Library publications during 3
days without concluding a separate subscription agreement. You
only need to send an SMS and in the answer you’ll receive the
Newspaper Library user details.

generalized newspaper publication Internet archive http://www.news.lv/ or /
In the Newspaper Library you have an
opportunity to search for the archived publications of your
interest from more than 40 different newspapers.
It is possible to use the Newspaper Library
both for Internet users and mobile phone users in the WAP
format.
The service is available only to LMT
clients.
