News of the State enterprise register
Taking into the account the responsiveness of major entrepreneurs using Insolvency Register Internet system that was financed and developed by SIA Lursoft IT (Lursoft), as well as responding to proposals put forward at Effective Governance and Partnership Forum organized by Employers’ Confederation of Latvia, Lursoft, pursuant to the cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Justice, expands availability of State enterprise register Information service created by Lursoft.
This service publishes the contents of a record on the Internet in real-time mode, and enables interested parties to access information on all records and amendments entered in the State enterprise register immediately after the registration with the Register, unlike the previous practice when notices were published in the newspaper Latvijas Vēstnesis within several days.
Users can authorize in the system using not only Lursoft subscription, but also e-signature or online bank authorization of AS "Swedbank", AS "DnB Nord", AS "SEB Banka", Nordea banka, AS "Norvik Banka", AS "Privatbank", AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" and AS "Citadele banka". According to public statements issued by Latvian commercial banks, the number of online bank users at the moment exceeds 1.2 million people.
