Monitoring of company’s operation termination
LURSOFT offers to perform verification of company’s clients and cooperation partners. Verification is performed based on the list of companies submitted by the client where registration numbers of the companies are indicated. Update is performed once a day.
Monitoring of companies is performed based on the following criteria:
- register where the company is registered;
- if an insolvency case is registered for the company;
- if liquidation process is registered for the company;
- if the company is liquidated/reorganized;
- in case the company is liquidated/reorganied, the date of liquidation/reorganization is indicated.

- Register: U- Company register, K – Commercial register, B – Register of associations and foundations, S – register of nongovernmental organizations, P – register of representations;
- Insolvency case – M ;
- Liquidation process - V – liquidation, D- termination of operations due to not re-registration in Commercial register;
- Liquidated – L;
- Reorganized - R.

Subscription
Subscriber’s fee of monitoring depends on the number of companies to be monitored. In order to use this service, a monitoring contract with Lursoft must be signed (see contract draft in RTF format).
