Legal status monitoring
Lursoft prepares and once a month sends to client a database with companies that in accordance to the data registered in the Company register of the Republic of Lavia during the last month have been liquidated or reorganized.
Database includes:
- name of the company;
- registration number;
- status of the company- liquidated or reorganized.
Example of the database
Liquidated or reorganized companies in the time period from the 1st of September, 2006 until the 30th of September, 2006.

Subscription
Subscriber’s fee of the legal status monitoring is 10 LVL per month. In order to use this service, a subscription contracts (LAT) with Lursoft must be signed.
