How to change user password?
Go to Lursoft home page: www.lursoft.lv
Enter user details. A Lursoft database page will open. Find the Service section at the bottom of the page. Change your password by choosing the Change Password link.
Next time you log on you’ll need to enter the new password.
If you have forgotten your assigned user details Lursoft will send a reminder e-mail to you. You only need to complete the Password reminder form
How to overlook user account status and the inquiries made in the databases?
Go to Lursoft home page: www.lursoft.lv
Enter user details. A Lursoft database page will open. Find the Service section at the bottom of the page.
Choosing the User Settlement Account link you will be taken to the page where you will see your User account balance.
Choose the Extract link to see the protocol of your requests made.
How to add money to the user account?*
Go to Lursoft home page: www.lursoft.lv
Enter user details. A Lursoft database page will open. Find the Administration section at the bottom of the page.
You can supplement your user account by:
- choosing the Account Supplement link and stating which sum of money you wish to add to your account. The requested sum will be added to your account as an advance in a few minutes and an invoice for that sum will be drawn and send to you.
- choosing the BANKLINK link: Service input. You can take advantage of this service if you are a ib.swedbank.lv user. The requested sum will be withdrawn from your ib.swedbank.lv bank account and put into your user account in a few minutes. If you indicate that you wish to receive a receipt for the performed payment, a receipt for the transaction will be drawn and sent to you.
- Also on working days you can supplement your account by phone: 67844300. Asking to issue an additional receipt by phone you will need to mention your company name, sum of the receipt and the caller’s name and surname.
How to update the registered information about the user?
Go to Lursoft home page: www.lursoft.lv
Enter user details. A Lursoft database page will open. Find the Service section at the bottom of the page.
Choosing the User Information link you will be able to update information (e-mail, telephone etc.), which is mentioned about you in the Lursoft user management system.
If you wish to change the surname in the Lursoft User Management System you will need to send a notification by e-mail. info@lursoft.lv.
What to do if you wish to change the authorized person / user mentioned in the agreement?*
If the authorized person, stated in our
mutually concluded agreement, has changed i.e., physical person –
user which takes advantage of Lursoft data bases you have to
inform us about the new user by sending us the following
application about
the change of the user 
Lursoft Client Service Department will register the new user in a few working days. User details for the new user will be sent to e-mail address mentioned in the application and the account balance of the previous user will be transferred to the newly registered user account.
What to do if you wish to add an additional user or void a previously registered user access?*
If you wish to register an additional system user (-s) in addition to the current one, it’s not necessary to make any changes or amendments in our concluded agreement.
You will need to send us the following
application
about new user registration 
Lursoft Client Service Department will register the new users in a few working days. User details for the new users will be sent to e-mail addresses mentioned in the application. After registering additional users the subscription charge in invoices issued for you will be increased according to the concluded agreement conditions.
Using Lursoft databases the registered users spend the paid subscription charge jointly.
If you wish to void any previously
registered additional user access to Lursoft databases, You will
need to send us the following application about
blocking users 
After making a user access void the subscription charge in invoices issued for you will be decreased according to the concluded agreement conditions.
What to do to increase the amount of money mentioned in the monthly subscription invoices?*
If you need a bigger monthly sum to use the Lursoft databases than the subscription charge mentioned in the agreement, no changes in the concluded agreement are necessary.
You can increase the amount of the sum
stated in the subscription invoices by sending us the following
application
about the increase of subscription charge 
How to act if your company and/or bank details have changed?
If your company and/or bank details have
changed, we ask you to inform us thereof by sending the following
application
about company detail change 
Then in the following invoices and your prepared correspondence there will appear your new details.
What to do if you wish to terminate/restore the agreement?*
If you wish to suspend/terminate/restore the
effect of our concluded agreement for a definite or indefinite
period, you need to send us the following application
about the suspension of the effect of agreement 
Based upon your application the effect of the agreement will be suspended/terminated/restored and the registered user account will be blocked/unblocked.
