"The “White Book” can be accessed by Lursoft's clients, who have agreed to terms with Arcis “The White Book” subscriptions.
Companies Guilty of Fraud
This particular data base consists generally of Latvian individuals and business persons – found guilty of financial fraud.Listed below are breeches where parties have not met their obligations or have committed dubious financial transactions to be classified as dishonest partners:
- non-payment of goods received;
- not meeting financial credit obligations;
- non-payment of leasing contracts;
- committing insurance fraud;
- delaying contract obligations;
- credit card fraud.
The data base has thousands of dishonest parties registered, and executes weekly revisions. This means that the user has the latest listings of actual individuals or enterprises found to be dishonest in past financial transactions or obligations.
- Individuals can access the following information:

- individuals: First name, surname, personal codes and date of birth;
- juridical persons: Business name and business registration number.
The data base records all concurrent listings of dishonourable breeches committed by individuals:
- details of financial breech/es;
- the date;
- the source responsible for reporting the dishonest parties and act.;
- contact details of individual who can explain the finer details involved in the report of dishonourable financial operations.
The liability of precise information in the data base is the obligation of the individual responsible for reporting the dishonourable operations.
